I have multiple vehicles all have been serviced at Jefferson. Ken and his staff have kept my 2010 Ram 5.7 Hemi running healthy with its 284000 miles which sees lots of towing from boats, utvs and cars to Boy Scout Trailers which is pretty heavy work. That is no mean trick to do. The work has always been to my satisfaction and lasted. And they have backed it up every time. My 2005 300c which is my baby they assisted in the modifications to the suspension and exhaust work when I ran out of time myself before a road trip. The 2700 mile shake down was trouble free even with multiple track passes on the trip. I don’t let just anyone work on my cars, their staff has been professional and reliable and answered my questions fully every time without the BS service writers tend to give. Yes I’ll be going again at least 4 times in the spring, once for every vehicles check up.

It is nice to find a place that does quality work for an affordable price. Staff is super friendly and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my vehicles problem. I will absolutely return the next time I need something done and will recommend others use Jefferson Motor Services.

Got off work one night to see a screw in my tire. Tire was flat & not repairable. Called Jefferson Motor Service. They were able to order me a brand new set of tires. Only took a couple of days for them to come in. I dropped my car off in the morning & got it back same day. Chris was very knowledgeable with information regarding what type of tires are best for my car & they even topped off my spare with air 'just in case'. Great service! Highly recommend!

I am very relieved to say that the new owner is even better than the previous owner the founder of Jefferson motor service. Highly skilled and certified mechanics very professional front office and the reason I’ve always gone there for all these years is they fix only what needs fixing and make you aware of what could be coming down the line and let you make your decision. If someone doesn’t get along with this new crew they’re the ones with a problem and I have known thousands of these repair facilities and their employees
