As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, the staff at Jefferson Motor did an exceptional job explaining the issues my vehicle was experiencing. Not once did anyone try to oversell something, which was a huge change compared to the shop I previously went to! The staff was extremely helpful & kind & the store was spotless. 10/10 ill be back & recommend anyone I know to JMS!

I always bring my vehicle to Jefferson Motor Service when I need work done. They got me in right away for a headlight swap and I was having electrical issues that took out my power steering. My dealership could not get me in for 2 weeks but Jefferson Motor Service got me in immediately. Always great service and great prices!!!!

I was in Michigan for an internship and before driving home Jefferson Motor Service did all my maintenance, they were fast, transparent and there was a malfunction of a repair and they handled it with me from out of state.

Outstanding customer service. Very honest and they stand behind their work. Took my vehicle in for an emergency repair and Jefferson Motors was able to get me back on the road in no time despite being completely booked. Furthermore, they also recommended money saving repairs before replacing parts that were not necessary. Highly recommend Jefferson Motors to anyone in need of a vehicle repair.
