I had a wonderful experience at jefferson motor service. I took my 2015 ford focus with 140k miles to get a complete inspection as i was starting a new job that will require me to drive a lot. I was first impressed with the inspection when they sent a email that had the estimate. The link included pictures and videos of everything they found including the ball joint movement and tie rod movement so i really know that theses are required repairs. Then when it was time for the repair they completed it all in a single day. The repair included tie rod, ball joint/ control arm, axle seal, rear shocks, alignment and 4 new tires. The staff as nice and professional and even offer drop off and pick up services. They even offer a loaner vehicle if needed. I will definitely be using jefferson motor service for all my future repair needs.

Absolutely amazing! Never going to take my cars any where else! Rodney is the man! I love how they send you videos and pictures of what’s wrong with your car instead of you having to just take their word for whatever is wrong! If I could give 20 stars I would!
