First time going here for service. Requested the appointment online and got a quick reply, they got my car in, did a thorough job, explained everything clearly and straight forward and didn't take my head off with the final bill. Great experience.

So I brought my car in because of issues I had with overheating. I changed the thermostat and water pump myself, and it still didn’t fix the issue. I had a friend of mine who is a mechanic looked into it and tell that he was pretty sure it was a head gasket. I was reffered by the another friend to take it in to Jefferson, and so i did . When I called the woman who I spoke, Kylie, was extremely friendly and helpful. She was surprisingly well versed and very sweet. I got it I right away and was told it would take a couple of weeks and I was given a rental (at no cost) and They were able to fix it and stay within the price range, of the original quote, When they took it apart they found both headers were cracked, and sold me the replacements heads at cost, because it wasn’t in the original quote. Needless to say I will be a repeat. Kylie was extremely polite and helpful with the whole process and Zach does excellent quality work. Keep up the good work Jefferson!

I was referred to this fine establishment by a close friend through Facebook! I wanted a trusted professional shop that would fulfill my needs and give excellent service for my Hummer H3. I had my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK in with this shop to have the pinion gears and pinion seal replaced. I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Every bit of work was gone over in detail and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place and the people here to anyone and I'll bring my vehicle in again without hesitation if needed. UPDATE: 08/11/2020 - Had my Jeep in again for brake work due to the passenger front caliper hanging up. The mechanics there are, once, again, recommended. Also a slight issue with previous work that I was told about and that was fixed at no charge. UPDATE: 09/09/2020 - Had my Jeep in again due to a previously known major exhaust leak from the manifolds. The gaskets for both left and right banks were replaced with new hardware as well. Excellent service as always!
