I'm 37 and have been taking my cars here since I started driving. My dad does too. They've always been up-front and honest about costs and repairs. If there is a repair that isn't necessary or can wait awhile, they tell me that too. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and I highly recommend them.

I just want to thank Kenny and his guys for finding a problem with my car that the dealership didn't. I took my car in to get the Works (I won't name any brand names here) 3 weeks ago. They are supposed to check everything and top off fluids. Well if they actually did that, they would have noticed I was a 1/2 quart low on trans fluid meaning there was a leak somewhere. The leak was in the axle near the tire which they also would have noticed while doing a rotation. The dealership did say my brakes needed work so that is why I brought my car to Jefferson Motor Service to begin with and it's a good thing I did. They fixed the leak and now my 2012 is good to go for a while again. Thank you so much!! Customer for life!

Everyone is leery about taking their vehicles in for service anywhere. I've even been told by friend mechanics about how you have to be careful. I brought my car here for my brakes. That's what the dealership told me I needed. Jefferson Motor told me my brakes are fine but I have seal leaking trans fluid. They even showed me so I could see what was going on. They fixed it the same day perfectly. Thank you so much for doing such a great job on my car and making me feel good with the honesty. Even though it's not exactly close to my home, I won't take my car anywhere else.

Great service, but it's a LOONG wait

Jason and his team are great. We have take. Our 2001 Cherokee there for all its mechanical needs. I would recommend Jefferson for any service. We drive from norther Macomb to go there.
