Found this place by searching Google but was blown away by the customer service. Their multi-point inspection is thorough and Chris was amazing explaining it all and answering my questions. I ended up not getting any repairs done due to other circumstances. However, I would've felt confident in choosing them to complete the repairs.

The vehicle inspection was extremely thorough. The team did a great job in identifying items that needed repair and the items that simply need monitoring. The front office staff was also helpful in getting answers to my questions. I would definitely use this location again.

I have use Jefferson Motors for all of my car repairs over the last several years. They are excellent to work with. They always provide estimates that are close to the actual charges. I never feel like they are trying to complete unnecessary repairs. They timely complete work and communicate throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and speedy work definitely comes at a higher price point. Still worth it for peace of mind.
