Needed a wheel bearing replaced. Brought it in and told them it was the front left side. After they did there inspection, accompanied by pictures and videos, it was actually the right side. They replaced it very quickly. They also brought it to my attention that I needed a few other parts. I will definitely come back.

Top notch service from when I walked in and talked to Kylie and all the way through the process of getting my truck fixed. They finished the work when they said they were going to. Love you get a warranty with the parts you buy from them. That is worth the extra money you will spend here.

Let me just start by saying this is my new auto repair company. I called a hand full of places on a Tuesday I believe it was and all of them were booked out for a week or longer and wouldn’t be able to get me in until Monday of the following week or longer, when I called Jefferson motor Kylie answered the phone and told me to bring it in that Tuesday and they would be able to look at it on Friday. I needed a rental as well so I told her and she said everything would be ready when I got there the rental place had one car available so they said, so I got there and Kylie was on hold for what felt like a lifetime with one of the company’s they use for rentals when they came back in the line they said nothing was available, Kylie called their other rental company and they said they would have one ready for me at 3. I left and a came back at 3 she called them and again was on hold with this other company for 30 plus minutes, she stepped away from the phone and came back and said I’m going to put you in one of our loaner cars, she apologized countless times and was so sweet and accommodating. I got the loaner and something sounded off, she had me bring it back in and she listened to what was going on with the loaner, she said that they have one of there other loaners coming back Friday if I wanted to swap it out. She was so understanding and accommodating it’s exactly what customer service should be. They got my car looked at the next day and made sure to look through it thoroughly, Kylie walked me through everything they found and there was so many things I didn’t even know was wrong when the dealership sold it to me a few months ago they said there was nothing wrong with it, so I was shocked to see all of the photos and things that were wrong, she was honest and straight forward and walked me through everything I had questions about. She was by far friendly and sweet. She deserves a pay raise and an employee of the month picture on the wall. Thank you Kylie for the great customer service and accommodating things for me!!
